Water Filtration Cooler

Water filtration coolers are perceived to be the healthy alternative to tap water with the water having been purified for a cleaner, crisper taste.  The appearance and taste aren’t the only differences between tap water and that from water filtration coolers; you can also expect your water to be odour free and clear of impurities and contaminants.

Although there are many brands and style of water filtration cooler there are really only two core types; industrial and bottled.  Bottled water filtration coolers use large bottled containers of water, which can be changed once they’ve run out.  The water is treated before it is added to the bottle but on the negative side, storage has to be found for replacement bottles and carbon emissions are higher after both production of the bottles and transportation.

Industrial water filtration coolers on the other hand, also known as POU or bottle less water filtration coolers, have no such emissions or requirement for storage space.  The unit is connected to the mains water supply and the inbuilt filter removes any impurities, odours and nasty tastes.  This means the water supply to the industrial water filtration cooler is endless but the unit is not necessarily suitable for premises where direct access to the mains is complicated.
