Drinking Fountain Water

A piece of equipment that is sure to remind you of your school days, the water fountain has been around for many decades. Its form may have evolved slightly but the principal is still the same; drinking fountain water is a cheap, hygienic refreshment for the thirsty in public places, such as schools and gyms.  They take up a small amount of space and produce next to no waste compared to bottled water coolers, where a method of storage and disposal needs to be organised for the bottles.

Drinking fountain water is delivered in a similar way to bottleless water coolers where the water supply is taken straight from the mains.  An internal filter ensures that the drinking fountain water produced from the tap is free from impurities, removing any nasty tastes and odours as well.  For heavy traffic areas a unit producing 25 litres of drinking fountain water per hour should be perfectly adequate.
