Natural leadership is leading people by example, not making people follow you by using threats or being really nice to them then mean the other.  You need to get people to want to do what you say, this can be achieved by being the best as can be.  You do not want to make people do what say, you want them to do it by choice, because they want to do things for you, they want to get the best out of themselves.  This is what being a natural leader is.

Natural leadership development is training and taking lessons to try and bring out the natural leader inside you.  This is hard as people think that they are good leaders, however they mat not be natural ones.  Leaders generally use a punish and reward system (it may work) but this is not natural leadership.  Many people use equine assisted education (learning how to lead from a horse) to develop their natural leadership skills.  In this development stage you learn to use non-verbal communication as a form of leadership, the horse will follow you if it trusts your actions.  Natural leadership development will get a good response from your team.
