Horse assisted transformation is the learning of leadership skills from horse.  You try and get the horse to do what you want by using just your movement.  If the horse does not trust you then it will not respond, meaning you are not being a natural leader.  This is the reason that horses are used for leadership training rather than humans.  Humans can lie and are easily bribed and are not always truthful, this is fine if you are a normal leader as this is what people respond to.  However you cannot lie to a horse and if you try they will see through it.  This is why horse assisted training has proven to be successful in sharpening people’s natural leadership skills.

Horse assisted transformation is the thought that once you have finished your training with the horse and have developed your leadership skills, you come to the realisation that everything you wanted know lies inside of you.  You have the answers and the solutions to everything that you needed to know.  All you have to do is apply these and know that you can do it.  Once this transformation has happened you then realise that you are a natural leader.  It is all about self confidence.  To know that you can be the best that you can be.
