Equine Assisted Leadership

Equine assisted Leadership is simply learning new skills and techniques from a horse (equine means a horse, zebra etc, anything from the horse family).  These skills are generally business related.  They teach you how to become better leaders, better at creative thinking, assertiveness and how to communicate non verbally.  This is because people believe that horses are honest, they cannot talk and they react truthfully from your actions towards them, its a successful way to learn new ways to lead people.

Equine assisted leadership is learning how to be a better leader from a horse.  You learn new skills, non-verbal communication being a key skill, along with self awareness.  Equine assisted leadership shows people how their leadership skills really are.  If you have a natural leadership quality then the horse should follow what you do freely and happily, if not then the horse will not do what you want.  This is why so many companies take this kind of workshop, to sharpen up their leadership qualities in a creative and successful way.
