Daum

The House of Daum has a longstanding history being founded over 130 years ago in 1878.  They were open to the recently discovered glass making techniques at the time and have continued to extend their knowledge since conception, becoming experts in all the renowned techniques.  The Universal Exhibition of 1900 brought Daum international recognition when they were awarded a Grand Prix.

Surviving for such a period of time, Daum have obviously seen not only changes in technique but changes in consumer taste and demand.  With true professionalism Daum have risen to the challenge, gradually adjusting their ranges to suit the needs of their clients.

After much experimenting over the years Daum are still renowned for the delightfully elegant crystal products they create.  Every item is unique, as the crystal can never be molded exactly the same way twice. Daum’s current stunningly beautiful and delicate collection includes animal figurines, perfume bottles, vases and bowls as well as limited edition figurines.
