Glue Extraction UK

Glue extraction is the process of removing harmful fumes from an area by means of a a fume extractor. Solvents used in glue are often toxic to humans, so it is important to use an extractor to remove potential hazards. For example, the chemical benzene is a risk factor for cancer but is used as a solvent in glues, so it is necessary to use glue extraction to protect the user from these risks.

Glue extraction is done in the same way as other types of fume extraction. Usually, a fume extraction arm is placed in th area where the glue is being used to remove the toxic solvents, but sometimes a fume cupboard is used as well.
