Corporate Hospitality

Corporate hospitality is being taking out for the day/night for a special dinner or theatre trip etc.  This would be held by a third party out of kindness.  Generally the boss of the corporation or someone of that caliber.  This would be done as a motivational technique, a reward or just a thank you for what you have achieved.  This would be done as a group of employees and employers.

You could do anything as a team building incentive, as long as it is something that involves the whole group engaging and working together.  Laser tag would be a good example, you have to work as 2 teams to try and get the other out.  You have to strategies and plan ahead to make sure that you are not the losing team.  This is good as it will relate to business and you are encouraging your team to work together in a fun and easy going environment.  Not only are you working on their team building, but your getting their motivation up too.
