Component Preforming

The component preforming machines are either manually operated or motorised machines. Component preforming appliances are designed for removing unwanted axial and radial components from tape or providing forms, for example for the goal-post, vertical mount, stand-off, lock-in or radial crop. Like component cropping machines, component preforming machines are adjustable for a wide range of component sizes and pitch variations.

Unlike component cropping machines, component preforming machines can bend and shape the component for the ciruit board as well as crop them. It is vital to have a component cropping machine in order to create components for a circuit board.
