Radio and GSM Network

Radio and GSM networks are global systems for mobile communications, which as the name suggests, are widely used within the digital mobile phone industry worldwide.  GSM is the most widely used digital wireless phone technology although Tome Division Multiple Access (TDMA) and Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) are just as effective.

Radio and GSM networks digitise and compress data before channeling it with two other streams of data, all in their own time slot.  It is such a popular type of technology that radio and GSM networks are the set standard in Europe and are available in 190 countries worldwide.

GSM alone has over one billion users and with other methods available the digital wireless phone technology industry is phenomenally huge.  With improvements and advances in such technology the radio and GSM network industry sector seems set to continue to expanding at a very rapid rate.
