Infrared Cameras

Keeping premises and property secure is often of the utmost importance to business and homeowners alike.  There are many CCTV camera systems designed to cater for the needs of everyone but many need bright light to film accurately although most criminal activity happens under the cover of darkness.

Infrared cameras can capture high quality images at night without appearing intrusive.  Bright flood lamps may create enough light for CCTV cameras to capture decent images but may irritate neighbours, especially for domestic systems and blind passing motorists.  Whilst they may frighten away any perpetrators they will alert them to the system’s presence at the same time, reducing the likelihood that they’ll be caught on camera.

Infrared cameras can discreetly catch the perpetrator in black and white.  Infrared can also be used to capture thermal images, which may be beneficial in temperature-regulated areas.  Whatever the requirement, nowadays technology has advanced to the stage where infrared cameras and CCTV systems can be bought within any budget; everyone has the right to feel safe and secure.
